1. Use of Unified Tax Platform (“UTP”) and any application therein (together with UTP, “Application”) is limited to the purpose for which it has been established. You may use the Application only on behalf of the organization for or with whom you are working which has, under agreement with the Firm (‘engagement contract’), been permitted to designate you as an authorized user of the Application. You may not use Application for your own personal or private commercial purposes. The use of the Application is governed by the engagement contract. By accessing the Application, you confirm acceptance to and agree to compliance of the provisions of access granted under the engagement contract (including any Terms of Use). 2. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in Application are owned by Firm or its licensors and you acquire no right or interest of any kind in or to Application. 3. The Firm reserves the right to terminate your access to Application for any reason, including in the event Firm becomes aware of any unauthorized use of Application or any breach of these Terms of Use by you.
